Happy little surprise after a beautiful summer day. In search of exoticism after being bottled with local croquette products with shrimp, mussels, various fish... we decide to visit this establishment already spotted during a previous stay in Ostend. Just welcome by the boss who holds the establishment with his wife in the kitchen, no big blablas or other salamalecs. Interior in agreement with this kind of Resto: it's a Lyon cap so no big tralala. Great amateur of abs, I choose a cold cervelle mustard sauce and veal kidneys. My companion chooses foie gras and slices of tarragon sauce and fresh tomatoes. Wine of the boss, one side of the fresh red Rhone and gouleyant. All this was very nice. Note that the Resto, rather small, was complete for Saturday night. We booked the day before. Nice place, simple and chichi-free kitchen, nice boss. 87 € for two entrance , dish, wine and water each
