Tap House Grill - Oswego

I was in from out of town to meet up with family and friends at your restaurant on Sunday the 4th of June 2023. It was the worst experience ever. We called day before to book table for 8 to 10 and when we got there for our 11:30 am Brunch there was no table ready. The service was slow and they messed up the appetizer order first of all. Then my sister's chicken was burnt and had to wait for them to redo her order. The food was awful. The cheese appetizers were hard and not soft and melting in your mouth. Every guest was so dissatisfied with their dishes. I had a drink or two and felt like they did not even pour any alcohol in my drinks. The bill was $260 and a $60 tip was left. We will never attend your establishment again. We were overcharged and still we tipped well. We did our share and you definitely dropped the ball.

Good food and good service! The bartender was phenomenal! I loved the atmosphere and the location is quite nice. I enjoyed a beautiful stroll by the river after lunch and drinks. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious, server came around often for drink refills .. over all experience was good. Prime rib sandwich was served on a soft roll. I prefer more of a crusty roll, but it was still delicious.

We were able to order drinks and an appetizer. It was our first time so we needed a second to look over the menu before ordering our main. Never got checked back in about putting an order in. Tired several times to get the waitress's attention. After waiting a good bit we just wanted to leave. My husband had to get up and go find someone so we could pay. The appetizer we did get was amazing.

My son and I were on our date night. The waitress was very nice but, had our table and a party of 20. No drink refill, needed extra napkins etc. we survived dinner and ordered dessert to go. I tolerated the beginning but, this sad excuse for key lime pie was not worth $8+!!
