Aroma Shed Cafe - Otahuhu

I've been working in the area for 11 years and have seen this shop swap and change ownership a few times and no one has ever had the place as good as they have it now. Coffee is strong, great tasting, their cooked breakfasts are prepared quickly so if you're a local worker who can only spare 15 to 30 minutes you can be really comfortable to know your eggs benny and coffee will be ready in a moments notice. Pricing is great but the quality of food and service is what makes this place shine. It's a gem of a shop and the owners are absolutely lovely, the previous owners had a great chicken pie but knew nothing in running a cafe. If your looking for good food, plenty of it at god prices and haven't got a lot of time to spare, this is the place to stop in. Oh and they always have a Herald within arms reach.

Nice food good service. The vetnamise spring rolls are very tasty actually the best thus far I have eaten. The lady whom serves is very pleasant and attractive. Highly recommend this place

Bring back George and his Chicken pies !!!! New owners are lovely. I still stop in for morning coffee now and then but unfortunately the food isnt quite what it used to be.

Stopped by for lunch while waiting for our car to get it's WOF done around the corner and shared a creamy chicken pie, a chicken, bacon and mushroom pie and some chips. Pies were absolutely delicious with super flaky pastry and yummy fillings. Highly recommend trying them!
