Ivy Bean is located in a small group of shops toward the end of Mt Eden Rd (near Wild Wheat). They have great window seats, as well as a communal table.With a range of sweets savouries, there is lots to choose from.Service was friendly On this visit we were very tempted by the pies quiche as well as the wide variety of muffins, cupcakes other sweets that many people were taking away. They also had a lot of regulars getting coffee.We tried the muffins cupcakes which were soft with good flavour combinations without being overly sweet. Also coffee of course which was well made a double shot is standard. A great place to hang out or grab a takeaway from.

The Mayan chilli hot chocolate is beautiful and balanced. Paired with a scrumptious scone or muffin and your day is made

Recently found this shop to have a quick drink, all the bakery foods are suitable for a afternoon tea, not too much sweety but delicious！ a cup of coffee and a muffin made my afternoon so great. Service always lovely and friendly
