Waitrose Cafe - Otley

The restaurant offers a wide selection of products, including popular and high-quality international items that are not easily found elsewhere. The quality and freshness of the soft fruits consistently surpass that of competitors. There are some good deals available, but the prices for branded products are reasonable and expected to be higher than those at nearby supermarkets.

There's always an extensive variety of high-quality foods available. They’ve created a lovely flower display at the entrance. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, guiding you to find exactly what you need, and nothing seems to bother them.

An enjoyable place to shop and have a coffee. Nice products with good service and pleasant staff.

Seriously very nice indeed and some great banter with staff when I attempted to get a basket (without my glasses on then when I nearly (accidentally! destroyed the carrot section. So nice to be able to buy Japanese sake here!! Good experience!!
