Taco Bell - Ottawa

Last time I was there, my queen was missing the half of the brotes. none of the food was so good. I wanted to go again today. at 11:15 they are closed. the doors were closed and the drive was not opened. hours say 11-7.

The restaurant was very busy today with a shortage of staff, but the customers in line were patient. We waited about 25 minutes to place our order and then another 5 minutes to receive our food. A staff member thanked us for our patience, explaining they were short-staffed and even gave us some free coupons as a gesture of appreciation. The hardworking staff should be commended for their dedication. We sat in the parking lot and enjoyed our excellent meal while the restaurant continued to bustle with customers.

The food was fresh and the waitress Tiffany was very welcoming.

They refused to take our order and made us use the kiosk, so we left without placing our order.

Not sure what happened, but the past 6 months they seem to be never open. When the online hours are open to 9 and they are closed at 5, a person gets mad after a while
