Bash - Ottawa

All menu items at this restaurant are clearly labeled for vegetarian and vegan options. I tried the Spring Rolls and the Vegan Chicken 'Sushi and both were delicious! I am updating my previous rating as of May 3, 2021.

The Brussels sprout salad was delicious, flash roasted with fresh jalapeños. The enoki roll was tasty but had too much rice.

I was impressed by the variety of vegan options available at this restaurant. I tried the impossible burger, which is not hard to find, but they enhanced it by adding grilled squash and paprika. It was tasty and a refreshing change from the typical sliced tomatoes on top.

All vegetarian vegan options are clearly marked. I had the jump rolls and the vegan chickensushi and both were delicious! updated by the previous review on 2021-05-03

Brussel sprout salat was flash fried with fresh cut jalapeños — delish! enoki roll was good, but hard on the rice.
