Aperitivo - Ottawa

Incredibly good food and friendly staff. Recommended highly by a friend and proved correct! I had the Rueben sandwich and chips the best Rueben I've had in years. Come early because seating is limited in this small space.

Kanata is very fortunate to have Ottawa's best restaurant. The innovation is incredible at Aperitivo for both the food and beverages. We loved the braised beef tacos the most, but very honorable mention to the cod cheeks! Also fettuccine bolognese lives up to the hype. If you are not in Kanata, I recommend you make the trip to our West End shining star Aperitivo, leading Ottawa's restaurant industry!

Always a great experience from start to finish! The food and service are some of the best in the city and our favourite place for a casual date night.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Our drinks were promptly served upon arrival, and we appreciated that the Mezze and Share Plates were brought out one or two at a time so we could enjoy them at a leisurely pace. The cornbread was worth the wait, and our server kindly explained the delay. All of the dishes were delicious and easy to share. My only recommendation would be to add more chips with the baba ghanoush, but overall, the portion sizes were just right.

This charming restaurant is bursting with lively atmosphere and delicious flavors. The menu encourages sharing plates to truly savor all the delicious offerings. The staff is exceptional, making for a truly unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
