From the outside, it doesn't look like much but the interior is quite nicely decorated. I had the crispy sesame beef well cooked, the sauce was very good and overall manageable portions.
Good food, good service. Went for Pho with a coworker today, she had the chicken I had the Seafood, just what was needed on a grey windy cold day. It really hit the spot. The seafood was plentiful and cooked just right, lots of noodles yummy broth. Service was friendly and attentive and food was served very quickly given that the restaurant was packed for Friday lunch along with a steady stream of takeout.
OK for Elmvale. Nothing special. Friendly staff, especially Emma. Had spicy lamb and it was awesome, pricey and portions are a little on the small side. Do not order chinese rice beer. It's simply gross. They are closed on Sundays.
Great restaurant. In a neighbourhood with very few restaurants that could even remotely be considered upscale, this family owned one is a gem. The food is made fresh and delicious. The Pho is delicious. The Pad Thai is pretty good. But the real gem are the fusion rolls. Delicious and filling. Those two are great as a lunch.
Always been good. I have been there several times in the evening for a sit-down meal. I usually have a soup, entrée and main course and sometimes an alcoholic beverage but more often green tea and dessert. The food has always been well cooked and well presented and, considering that it is prepared and cooked on the spot, it gets to your table in a timely fashion. When I have finished, I feel that I have eaten a good meal and also feel that I received good value for my dollar.
