Rumours Resto-Cafe - OTTER LAKE

We stopped at the cabin hunting in the area. The pizza we ordered was an excellent, beautiful crispy crust with many blows without being overdue. We'll be back.

Loves the house cooking found at Rumours. Best homemade spaghetti sauce, baked in oven with cheese is mouth irrigation. Best real homemade frits. Excellent portion sizes, good value for money. What I love most is the friendly atmosphere. This is a family business and they treat customers like a part of the family. If you eat solo there, you can enjoy great business and great humor and learn local history from the friendly Otter Lakers you will meet during your meal. You go to a stranger and go a well fed friend.

We ordered a Mexican pizza. It was an evening in Otter Lake. So everyone went to rumors for food. Only pizzas available on the menu for black-out. We had candlelight dinner: The pizza was good. The service was also good.

We took a motorcycle for a trip to Quebec with the specific intention of stopping at the Rumours Resto cafe for afternoon meal. It was a pleasant surprise, this small café was full of locals enjoying a Sunday afternoon lunch. We managed to get a place and get a quick service. My partner had the fish chips and I had the hot chicken sandwich. The food was delicious and the serving size was right. We also shared a small salad. The host was polite and friendly.

We are seasonal campers in Otter Lake and like some, we get carried away with the hot sunny weather and beach that come dinner, no one feels like cooking! One of our friends had suggested we order pizza from Rumours which we did! Not only...did they get all our orders right but they delivered right at the campsite at the time we requested. The pizza was some of the best I've had in years and everyone enjoyed their pizza! I can't comment on their other food but I'm sure it is just as good. I will def be ordering from Rumours in the future!
