Subway - Overgaard

I visited the restaurant at noon and received fantastic service. The sandwich I ordered was delightful, and the price was just right—only ten dollars for a footlong. Overall, I'd say the price per person is between $1 and $10.

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Ms. Sanchez. She aggressively insisted that she alone would take my order, interrupting a kind gentleman who was already assisting me. Earlier, he had mentioned that orders could be customized, so I requested to substitute ham for roast beef. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, Ms. Sanchez became unreasonably confrontational, accusing me of arguing and asserting her authority as the manager. When I asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Porter, she pretended to call him while still refusing to let the other staff member assist me with my sandwich. Additionally, when I first entered, Ms. Sanchez was using profanity at the register and ignored me, only shouting for the gentleman to come over. Overall, I would rate the service and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

I ordered a pizza sub with bacon through the app, and when I got it, it was cold, had a very small amount of pepperoni, with no sauce, I went back in to ask for a side of sauce and Greg told me some people don’t like the sauce and that I need to specify in the comments. I responded with it’s a pizza sub, it’s in the description, to which he mimicked my words back to me like a bratty child.
