Last week, my wife and I enjoyed a lovely lunch to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary, and we were fortunate to have an exceptional server named Cookie/Carrina. She greeted us promptly and quickly attended to all our needs. The service was fantastic! Every server should aspire to have her level of professionalism—she was polite, welcoming, efficient, and clearly knows her job well.
