Long John Silver's (70141) - Owensboro

The only reason I'm giving a 4 versus a 5, was due to asking for Vinegar and getting home to find zero in my bag. Otherwise, I did drive thru, ended up having to pull over to wait for freshly cooked chicken which I am A OK with waiting on fresh food! The lady at the window, to include the employee who brought my food out, provided exceptional customer service! (I just wish I would've gotten at least one or two vinegars lol)

Food itself has went down and no cheese sticks anymore!!! Your rice needs a lot of help , but they either changed the batter, or never changed the oil.,... But the service was A plus!

Got a 16 piece family meal of over cooked meat that had sat out too long. Was told that I couldn't pick up this meal that was definitely paid for. There wasn't a manager on site, the lady that argued with me had to call her manager. Very poor service. Need to take notes on how Henderson's location treats their customer'
