Mcdonald's - Owensboro

Apparently this is a Medium Ice coffee, when clearly it says small . People who don’t want to do their jobs should just go home. We told her it was a small and she denied it but even the cup says small.

Went through the drive thru. Had to wait for our food after we paid. They tried to give us three different orders that weren’t ours. When we finally got our food it was missing two items. I went in and everyone ignores you. After waiting for another 10 minutes we finally got everything. They do not apologize or say thank you. They never ask if you need anything else. All I ever get from most McDonald’s is a “here” when they hand me my food and they slam the window shut. Zero stars.

Only giving 1 star because anything less is not an available option. I work closing sometimes. Numerous times I have tried to get something to eat after work they had closed early. A couple times between 6/7 pm. Tonight ît was a little after 9 pm. I tried to call thinking maybe they forgot to turn the lights on. Someone picked up the phone (not answered) only to get hung up on. I called back with no answer. So I'm confused about what the actual hours of operation are because it has definitely been inconsistent.

Drive thru, took forever. Talk about sitting in the same spot 30-1hour. Yeah, no. Fast food, hint the name. Maybe actually work instead of sitting there doing nothing.

35 mins in drive thru.... 30 minutes for lunch! Now I worked at McDonald's years ago. 4 mins to fry stuff, a minute :30 on the clam shell grill for burgers. Come on! Update: 20 more minutes... Update: Clocked out at 2:20 am at my work finally got my food at McDonald's at 3:20 am. I'm gonna enjoy my 2 McChicken's in unemployment line!
