Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Well honestly the food was great I had the Cobb salad and it was amazing .. the downfall wasn't until we were ready to leave .I walked into the gentlemens room and the bathroom was pretty disgusting which very much changed my mind on eating there again.

What great customer service and food at this location! 6 of us arrived 15 minutes before they closed last night and ordered. The manager assured me it'd be no problem for us to eat inside even though they were about to close. When our food was ready, there was a problem with one meal; the manager apologized and went completely out of his way to make it right and then some. The chicken was hot and flavorful and the triple chocolate cookies a delight. Really excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though it was the end of their shift. I'm sure we'll be back again the next time we're in town.

Great food with an overall friendly staff. I have been here multiple times and the degree of service I feel depends on the time of the day and maturity of crew members currently on duty. Many members care and do great albeit there are a few of the younger ones that display a marked lack of focus. Cleanliness meets the standard overall.

I had not been to this Zaxby's for a very long time. I enjoyed the service and the food was tasty. Sweet tea was passable. Returned again and food was just as good and the employees are friendly. I do think they could wipe off the counters by the drink machines a little more often.

Food and service were great but the dining room smelled like it was just getting the once over, nightly, rather than an occasional deep clean. Will definitely visit again but likely to go or drive thru.
