The staff just looks at you without engaging. It's frustrating. The customer service definitely needs some improvement.

They don't really follow directions well, but I absolutely love this place. If I'm in the area, I always stop by for a grilled cheese and a refresher. Food: 4/5

This is a very busy location. Their down time is often short lived. Staff is friendly and attentive. They do their best even with the rude intitled patrons.
