Silver City Bbq - Owyhee County

Drove around trying to find this place and it was no where to be found. The owner mentions that it's in a trailer park and drove around a few times with no luck. Tried calling and no one would answer.

This place is great. Its kid friendly, has great food, and the owners are nice. You dont have to wait long for your food too.

Drove 30 minutes to this place after reading the reviews only to find it closed when the sign on the window and google said they should be open. If you are trying to eat bbq be prepared with a second option.

Lordy! That was so good! We had their brisket plate with BBQ baked beans and homemade potato salad. Some of the very best baked beans we've ever had! Every bite has meat! Their deviled egg potato salad was so damn good! Good spice, texture, and flavor! We are absolutely eating here again! Hope to make it in time for the peach cobbler next time!

We stopped by on saturday afternoon and man are we glad we did! We ordered the following and took it home for lunch: Brisket plate with baked beans and smoked mac and cheese. Delicious and perfect smoke rings on the brisket. You can tell with each bit that this was smoked low and slow and perfect! Pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and smoke mac and cheese. Delicious non dried out pulled pork. I would have liked some kind of cole slaw or spicy pickles on the sandwich but the pork was just delicious. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu in the future!
