Kfc - Oxford

I can't honestly give these people a very positive rating, although the chicken we received was well cooked and it was quite delicious, we were just before the abortion and a drumstick. The biscuits were dry, but the hover was simply perfect, the potatoes and the gravitation were fine, but a chest was shortened and a drumstick was simply unacceptable.

When I received my order, I parked the car to check that everything was included. Unfortunately, I found that some of my food was missing. Since the dining area was closed, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to resolve the issue, and by that time, my food was cold. However, they did fix the error after about 20 minutes.

You have the most rude woman who works there. Trinity, who worked the drive through 10/25, should be fired. I'm not even sure a customer service class would help her! It will never stop again!

Manager and staff have great attitudes. Food is good, and service was great. Definitely recommend.

You have met the RUDEST buyer in the drive through I have EVER. Sweet young girl gave me my food in the window, but the lady who took my order must be on drugs. I had my older dad with me this time, but if it happens again, I'll talk to a manager. We are all fighting lady!! It doesn't cost you to be nice.
