Red Lobster Oxnard

Customer service was horrible... we saw the waitress maybe twice the entire time we were there. No one came and took our finished plates so by the end we were literally stacking plates off to the side. I had to find the host to get literally any waitress to get refills. I ordered Mac n cheese for my kid it came out cold.... will never go back to this red lobster.

It took a bit to get seated but the food was good we had great service.

We went on OpenTable to get our name on the waiting list. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told because it was so crowded we would have to wait minutes. That’s what we were trying to avoid by getting our name on the waiting list.The employee said the manager said because they were so busy he would have to wait. Next time will wait someplace else.

They only had two kind of fish salmon and trout? Seafood restaurant???

We had a great time. Service was great too. I was especially pleased with how well they followed social distance guidelines.
