Fabulous customer service! Friendly faces, good attitude, and great drinks are the reason I come back!

The employee's here make the best drinks. Every time I go to any other Starbucks when I'm in springfield I am let down and realize how glad I am that I live near *this* starbuck's! The employees are always really nice get me in out while providing excellent service!

I’m a pretty big fan of Starbucks and will continue to be. However, the Ozark location needs some improvement. They need more staff at high traffic times. The line during these times is beyond long and staff honestly doesn’t seem to care or notice. I understand that patients is something everyone can learn to have more of. They are unfriendly. feels like every time I come they just want to make my drink fast and kick me out. I went there 5 times only 2 times they made my drink right even though I ordered the same drink. disappointed
