Healthy Shabu-Shabu - Paco

We love this place a lot I've eaten here 5 times in a month. The set meal includes your shabu shabu, iced tea, and halo-halo. Sulit for prices beginning at 350 pesos.

I am a regular Healthy Shabu Shabu and VIP cardholder of the said establishment. But, we experience something  at Healthy Shabu Shabu Robinson Place Ermita last night that we won't be returning back to this branch again due to low cleanliness and poor customer service by the Supervisor/Store Manager Jema  on 10/20/2016 around 9:15pm. After normally being served the raw vegetable and mixed balls plate,  we put a few vegetables and meat in our hotpot. We saw A tiny dead baby cockroach  hidden in the plate that ruin our dining experience or even lost the appetite to eat after seeing a dead roach on the food they served you. I believe this can due to the poor upkeep of this store branch due to you can even find  baby cockroaches at times walking around the floor.  I have dine here once or twice a month at this branch for the past few months. I Didn't bother much due it wasn't in front of our table till last night dining experience. We even took picture of it, and calmly call the store supervisor for it as we are expecting a apology or even a complimentary from the incident of losing our appetite for the incident. But the store supervisor had a straight face and didn't even apologize for the incident,  and she is more than helpful to  replace the raw plate and didn't  bother to visit us again is this how the customer service works here in this branch? they don't bother at all.    I was disappointed and won't be returning back to this branch due to the bad experience. I hope the management fixed this cockroaches infestation at this branch Just to be aware for the regular customer here at this Robinson Ermita branch.

Service is slow. Super slow. I had to stand up thrice so I could ask for water. Pricing is non-justifiable. Too expensive, for thawed frozen food.. The serving is small for that pricing.

Healthy shabu shabu is one of the best restaurants I ever been to. I ate there since I was 3rd year high school and it was my every friday hangout. When I entered college, healthy shabu shabu became my every thursday hangout or happy thursday since I'm a DLSU student. Right now, I'm a 3rd year college student and I still eat there. It's healthy and worth your money. You would surely come out satisfied. In terms of quantity, I go there with a VERY hungry stomach and get out there like I ate buffet. I eat A LOT. I can eat three rices in Mang Inasal. Or even four. I seriously recommend this place!
