Colorado Roadhouse - Pagosa Springs

Service leaves some room to be improved on their busier nights, food is good, you can't go wrong with the chili burger, they have a big menu with a little bit of anything. They can be busy and table waits can he between 15-45 minutes depending on the amount of people.

This place is freaking awesome!! The food is amazing and presented very well. Being from California this Colorado Roadhouse place rocks. The atmosphere was great and the service was consistent but not overbearing. Whether you're a local or you're an out of town or this is definitely a place on a must visit list.

We pulled in from a long drive about 30 minutes before they closed. They where friendly and sat us right away. We ordered two margaritas and two burgers and they came out pretty quickly. The drinks where good, but the burgers where awesome. They tasted great and were so big we had to scheme on how to eat them. We ate and although past closing, they never once rushed us. Fantastic place!Parking: Beware the parking lot is a little rough. I was thankfully in a truck as some of the hole might be a bit much for a smaller or sports car.

I got peach mojitos and bacon hatch Chile pizza. Both were delicious, especially the mojito. Only complaint would be the forks were dirty but wasn't really a problem because no one needed silverware for our pizza and burgers. Yummy overall

Save yourself the trouble and don't go here! The fried mushrooms tasted like they came straight from a frozen bag. I had high hopes for the chicken fried steak, but it seemed to be fried in old, unclean oil. The mashed potatoes were not fresh, and the blue cheese and ranch dressing had no flavor at all. While I was there, I noticed several plates being sent back with half-eaten food, which makes you wonder why. The bar area is cramped, noisy, and crowded. The bartender was rude and snarky, and the floors were dirty. I'm sure they might have a signature dish that's decent, but who knows?
