Flatbread Pizza - Paia

Pretty good pizza for a lunch stop on the way back from the Road to Hana. We got a pizza to take back to our condo. The pizza was very good and the ingredients were fresh. Service was quick and friendly as well. Pizza was a little pricey. Parking: There is some free parking down the street but a lot of stationary cars and people hanging around the area. Some street parking available and some paid spots in other areas down the street. Paid parking lots seemed safer.

The vegan option was tasty and clearly labeled on the menu!

Vegan pizza on menu (no cheese), pretty soggy in the centre and very sparse on the toppings, pretty much just mushrooms and a little tomato. Nice dough though. Quick service, friendly staff but wouldnt come again. Over priced

My husband and I stayed in Paia for 9 days, and went here 4 times because it was so good we always wanted to return instead of trying something new and it not being as amazing as the flatbread company! I'm allergic to eggs, dairy, and wheat and I'm also vegan but I never felt deprived here. They have vegan gf dough and delicious sauces and toppings sourced locally. Their salads are amazing and my hubby enjoyed their beer selection. I can't recommend this place enough if you are in Maui!
