A beautiful place a stone's throw from the center. The internal layout is excellent and the bathrooms are spotless. The menu is rich in variety of pizza, with the possibility of choosing particular doughs, such as cereal, contemporary or classic Palermo. The starters are plentiful and not very oily, good chips with skin. For the pizza I took a parmigiana, every ingredient of very good quality. The contemporary dough was very good, but there were probably problems in the kitchen. After dinner I couldn't stop drinking water, which indicates that the dough wasn't perfect. The service was very fast, even though the place was full. Too bad about the dough, otherwise it was 5 stars. The price in line with the service and the quality of the ingredients, expensive but not expensive.
