The food was amazing and so lively. We especially loved their take on beef tartare. We noticed this reinvention of the classics in their drink menu too. The cocktail list is epic with lots of innovative signature cocktails but with really solid interpretations of classics. We loved that many of their descriptions had a reference to the drinks origins. So interesting! Our server was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting on the window and watching the people go by. We will have to go back soon when we are a little hungrier as everything else on the menu looks so good!
Great food, great staff, really cool place with a good vibe...recommend this place, one of the best in Palm Beach...the eggplant chips are to die for ... well done Bstow
We enjoyed our meals here. The pork belly was very good and the kingfish crude was really yummy. The service could go up a notch but hopefully that will improve as everyone settles in. One problem here is the noise. It was very busy when we visited and it was very noisy mainly due to a large group in the big booth. After they left it was better but still noisy. The bar is amazing here and worthy of just dropping in for a drink if you don't want to eat.
New restaurant in our local area so had to check it out. Went here with a few friends for dinner, decor is very modern, dark stone and timber, sophisticated. At first the menu was confusing us. We were told everything is designed to be shared, choose a few dishes and share. We couldn't quite work out what the size of the dishes was likely to be as they were labelled a little differently to the norm, but we asked lots of questions and we were rewarded with some excellent food. Ingredients that you don't see often and very inventive. I was intrigued and was kept guessing as to "how they made that" Small plates allow for much tasting and sampling, it's all good though, step outside your normal selections and get ready to be pleasantly surprised. Menu says they offer locally made craft beers but had run out when we were there. Much of the food is locally sourced also, I believe. Very happy to reduce the food miles.
Amazing find this restaurant is an delight to visit. The decor is stylish the bar area is perfect for a catch up drink you can order off the bar menu and I could recommend the eggplant chips. We have been to Bstow twice first time with a group 9 we sat in a booth and ordered a variety of plates to share and a couple in our party ordered some sides everything we tasted was so fresh and the flavours were amazing.Second visit was a birthday dinner with 3 guests we started with bread and a share plate of kangaroo on rice crisps. We then had Kingfish seared with cauliflower potato mash and beans with almonds and buffalo milk ricotta cheese and the hangar steak with sides. We finished off with their signature chocolate brownie with chocolate sorbet and a chocolate mousse. We visited on a Thursday night which was a bit quieter that on weekends when it is pumping. Perfect for that special occasion will definitely be back.
