Coming from northeast Florida, we're familiar with how rain and body oils can create these problems, but since this is a resort, we expect it to be cleaned daily like other resorts. Furthermore, the website could use some technical updates. We accidentally booked a cabana for the same day at 8:00 PM, and when we tried to cancel, there was no cancellation link—only undeliverable email addresses. We managed to rebook for the following day but had to wait until the morning to speak with someone. This should be an easy fix on their end.
