Moonrise Brewing Company - Palm Coast

Hubs and I snuck away for a quick date night and couldn't have been happier with our entire experience at Moonrise. I was a little sad that they weren't up and brewing yet, but since they had Left hand on tap I was totally fine. We watched the game (thanks to the staff who put it on for us) while we had some good eats and beers. We ordered the brussel sprouts and disco fries and both were spectacular. They got me eating brussel sprouts, y'all. I don't even like those gross little things but I guess when you cover them with bacon and candied nuts it makes them edible. Our sandwiches were fantastical, but I would suggest adding a burger to the menu (it can even be some sort of fancy burger to go with the other boujie food if need be) Even though it was counter service, it was nice that the staff checked every now and then to see how we were doing. They answered questions for me with no problem when when it started to get busier. The one thing I truly disliked about the place was that the bathrooms were singles. After waiting for a while in a small line I ended up using the men's room. Other than that tiny little inconvenience, everything was awesome.

Seems like the beer menu is like a chameleon. It always changes color and taste. For my wife and I, that is amazing as we like to challenge our taste buds. The ambiance is perfect for a couple or a party of friends. We were impressed by the menu especially because it is always fresh and the wait staff is unapologetic when they say they are out of a particular item. I’d rather it be fresh than stale and we agree with that philosophy. We intend on becoming regulars and invite more of our friends. If you live in Palm Coast or are visiting it is well worth spending an afternoon or evening gathering around a brewery and spoiling your taste buds to an tastegasim.

Went to European village to grab a pint and a snack on a gorgeous fl Sunday. Stopped into Moonrise, had their porter. It was quite good, tasty without being too heavy. Good enough to have two! Had the side salad w shrimp adequate for a side salad. Not bad, not bad at all.

Attended the Father's Day brunch, and even though our party was huge, Moonrise catered to our every need! From delicious fruit and cheese boards to a variety of baked treats, we were well taken care of as we waited for our entrees which also did not disappoint! The breakfast smash-burger was a huge hit, with both of my brothers and I along with two other friends devouring our orders between sips of delicious house beers. I love Moonrise, and I'm so glad that they are part of the Palm Coast community!

My husband I don’t even drink we still come here. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing the owners staff are very friendly. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
