Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Palmdale

Worse service ever. I ordered, paid to take out, wait, and wait. When I asked about my order, they said it had been ready. After the server is looking at me waiting. Server Halima A has no care of customers.

WE CALL THEM A DAY BEFORE AND ASK, DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A PARTY THEY SAY NO WE TELL THEM THAT THERE ARE MANY AND THAT THE MAJORITY OF THEM ARE CHILDREN AND THEY SAY THERE IS NO PROBLEM ON THE DAY OF THE CELEBRATION EVEN WITH THE TABLE WITH PIZZAS AND CHICKEN THEY SEND SOMEONE TO CLEANING OUR TABLE WHILE THE CHILDREN DIDN'T EVEN EAT AND ALL BECAUSE ANOTHER FAMILY ARRIVED WITH THE SAME MANY PEOPLE BUT ALL ADULTS ARE THE WORST IN SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC TO THE MANAGER OF. PLANO LACKS TRAINING AND STAFF IN GENERAL

The place is nice, but the service is a little slow, to be with the family, I recommend taking the family combos to make it cheaper.

It's good just when I try to get my prize from the arcade the lady was very rude and I just wish they can bring back the Oreo Pizza the lady was acting so nice to the other girl and I think it's because I'm black and one time I asked for something and I said no because you're black and I'm not joking

Everything is always good at lunch time can't go wrong we need more Shakey's pizza in every city
