Kaledo Stereo - Palu

Specialized in kaki sapi suppe in spicy bark broth (local people called it as kaledo suppe.) they can also taste the filling in knochenmark with a straw served together with rice. good spot for all age groups and families.

I was here for a work trip and after seeing the original of tsunami in 2018, I visited this place to remember the taste of kaledo. kaledo is a food unique from donggala. the name of kaledo means kaki lembu donggala or buffalo feet from donggala. it tastes very strong, I can describe well, but the taste is very delighfull in one after full-time work.
