I always get my coffee from here in the morning. The staff is very friendly.

This restaurant has serious issues with customer service and inconsistent policies. Some customers are allowed inside at night, while others are forced to use the night window, which is quite frustrating. It's uncomfortable for those who need to use the restroom and have to watch others inside while being denied entry themselves. The only staff member who locks the doors seems to need better training, as she is quick to close them at the first hint of sunset. They claim to prioritize customer service, yet they can’t even personalize their automatic responses. If the restrictions were for safety reasons, it might be understandable, but it’s hard to see the logic when there are already customers inside.

5/10 for the response. Next time, it might be helpful to include the names of the recipients before hitting post.

Have always had excellent experience at this store. Would certainly point out a team member Neha. She is always attentive and more than happy to help. Extremely polite..
