El Universal - Parachute

I love the restaurant and the customer service is of point the owner is really a sweet and a kind person the food is off the hook I would recommend it to other's they just opened their doors and I have been really pleased with the business the shrimp tacos where good and the fries are good also I have had there chicken sandwich and 1000 burger and tamales I love the hibcus drink I can't stop drinking them.I have had been coming there since they opened and I am happy with the customer service

Went to lunch with my cousins and everything was fantastic! I had the shrimp tacos and there was plenty of shrimp and they were delicious. My cousins had the burrito and the fish tacos and both were delicious as well. Definitely recommend! Edit because I went back for the prime rib for dinner and it was fantastic as well! Nice thick cut cooked perfectly and the salad and Mac and cheese were delicious as well. My only drawback was the dessert are pretty expensive at $7.99 each. Probably won't be ordering them again.

They hire teens to wait tables so they can take advantage of their inexperience.. they steal employees tips, refuse to pay for hours worked and keep those teens longer hours than the law allows. They have been reported to state labor board and hopefully suffer the consequences of their choices. Do not give them your business!

Great food and price. Service is good. Highly recommended and will return. I had the burrito lover with crispy hash browns. The red sauce on the side was fantastic. I bought a medium cup full of it to take home. Try this restaurant. One of the best in Parachute.
