El Sinaloense - Paramount

I visited this restaurant for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious and authentically prepared! I had chilaquiles with eggs in green sauce, which came with rice and pinto beans (I highly recommend it), along with some fresh cheese, avocado slices, and a grilled jalapeño. Everything was fantastic! I also tried a drink that looked like Horchata—I can’t remember the name, but it was really good too!

Absolutely delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine from Sinaloa! One of my favorite dishes is the Camarones a la Diabla with rice and beans. The spices were just right, and the beans were perfectly prepared with Puerco. They paired wonderfully with the flour tortillas and an ice-cold Modelo beer! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially after all the COVID regulations. If you find yourself in my city and want to try some fantastic Mexican food, you definitely won’t be disappointed! Oh, and I have to mention that the tortillas are handmade!

The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. They offer traditional Mexican cuisine from Sinaloa. It's like homemade cooking!
