Dunkin' - Paramus

Placed a mobile order, pick up was only walk in and it was very slow to get 3 coffee ready. The coffees were delicious but the 2 hot cups leaked all over the cup holders.

Whoever is working right now at this time me to get fired, my coffee had something inside of it. I took one sip and I instantly knew that something was added. I don't know what was added. It tasted very bitter like a cleaning product but whatever it is, I'm going to get it tested now and I will sue them for whatever they're doing illegal. They need to get a health department in there immediately because these guys I don't trust them with food and drink.

I do not like Dunkin Donuts policy re their Perks card. To activate it, you must have either a computer or smart phone. This is discriminatory to seniors who may not have either. My smartphone was not compatable with the program. I would rate this 1 star.I tried to use my rewards on the app. First of all, I am a Senior Citizen and couldn't figure it out. The person behind the counter said he didn't know and also couldn't help me. Fortunately, there was a young woman working there who was able to help me. This was the Dunkin on Rt. 17S in Paramus.

Dunkin specializes in stale donuts. They must arrive from a factory frozen and defrosted or just allowed to sit out. Three out of four times my donuts taste a day or more past due. Need to stop trying to chase the company that once was so great.
