MEILLEUR Paris-Brest, the cake was excellent too!!

I often go to the noon to take a sandwich and frankly they are all great. The staff is super nice. Big surprise: prices! This is very correct for a bakery in the 7th. Small flat sandwiches are not always fresh on Saturdays and there is a lot of people at noon (but when it’s good there are people).

Kings' galette is excellent. We bought a small (2/3 people . The leaflet is "crusting-moelleux" (non-academic term... and the filling - almond cream- is generous and tasteful. Too bad the seller did not know whether it was frangipane or almond cream, eventually claiming it was frangipane. Hence the 4 stars in service. Otherwise the staff is attentive and fast at once. Looking for an almond cream cake, I almost gave up. I am delighted to have persisted.

From Paris we went to buy pastries for our breakfast. The apple shoe must be the best I've ever eaten, a succulent pastry. The croissants and chocolate breads were perfect as well.

What a shame I no longer see my favorites in the morning in Viennese sugar cake and pear slippers but otherwise I recommend you for years
