Chabathai - Paris

The owner is a very nice Thai lady. Many Thais come here for dinner because food is authentic. The furniture is nice, the clean toilet and the mom prepares me the Thai recipe I like, even if it's not on the menu. I love this place. It is cozy, friendly and once again authentic. hospitality as in Thai.

Since the arrival of the new owners, the service is charming: a beautiful family that will take care of you very warmly and will make you discover the many delicious dishes of its map. We went to chabathai several times now, so we had some dishes on the menu, and frankly, they are all amazing, the ingredients are fresh, the exquisite flavors, served in a more than decent timing ... the best Thai family restaurant to betting. we never have wine or cocktails, but the boss always offers (at all tables) virgin homemade cocktails, with lithuan, mango, and other delicious nectars, they are really great! The atmosphere is really nice, intimate and friendly, not the most trendy restaurant in the city, but no matter when the service and especially the dishes are breathtaking:) our favorite entries are the lemongrass beef salad or the coconut chicken soup, best dishes ... mainly all. If you come for the first time, try Thai pudding or mango gluant rice for dessert.

Very good restaurant thai, nice reception and nice decoration. the map is traditional, fresh products. We're having fun!

My criteria: - the freshness of the ingredients (and especially shrimp)- the origin of the staff (when it is heard Chinese it is bad sign)- the care provided to the room and the tables- the taste of "over there"- typical dishes in this small restaurant, all these criteria are met. bravo!I recommend it warmly!

I've just been living around here and I've been trying to try it for a while since it opened recently. I decided to order a salad of eggplants and shrimp to take, and a curry of red chicken. The service was good, but when I brought food to the house, I was surprised that the eggplant and shrimp salad had only 2 shrimps! I called the place to know if it was a mistake and the lady said it was normal to have only 2 shrimps in a salad. I suggested that in the future, it would be more appropriate for them to be slightly more generous with shrimp. She explained to me that they felt that only 2 shrimps were enough (for a 9-euro dish)! I was pretty scared. As a local, I would not recommend this place - there is much better in the neighborhood. .
