Meaning: mediocre food, no super attentive service, but at least you can sit outside and do some “people watching”…the cheese plate was just ok, not more.
Me and my friend visited Paris in Autumn, November. Climbed up to the Sacré-Coeur and got hungry, lunch time. Found this nice Chez Eugene, wanted to eat inside. We felt us welcome, service was very friendly. We chose frog legs as an appetizer and onion...soup as the main course. To choose a class of wine, the waitress asked the sommelier to suggest us a good red wine. That was nice! Food was excellent, tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, atmospheric and relaxed.
We Went for sunset drinks, the vibe of the terrace was great, we were served by Imad, very friendly.
Came in with a large group before going to Moulin Rouge and had the best time! They were so accommodating getting us all seated together and took the time to make sure we all had what we needed. Our waiter was amazing and gave us...great recommendations. Absolutely would recommend this place.
