Stop by and received a great welcome, sat at the bar ordered a campari and soda , the bartender was very sympatic as well as all the staff, food was fresh and tasty , as a vegetarian i had one of my best meal in...Paris during my travel.
Strange the other reviews were so so. We are well travelled and always track down a good Italian restaurant where we go. My husband is from Paris, so he knows all the areas, all the 'hot spots ' and all the hidden treasures. He sent my Mom...and I there for dinner last night. When he called to see if we found it *an easy 10 minute walk from Place des Vosges*, I told him the restaurant itself was nothing 'special '. Altho we found ourselves at a lovely little table at the window. Well, let me tell you, we both ordered pasta (Mom had the special gnocci gorgonzola with nuts and I had Carbonara. Very large portions (finally! like Italy! , hot, fresh in house pasta. It may not be a fancy place, but the pasta was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 from us, and my Mom is normally not a pasta fan. I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual excellent pasta wine. Affordable, great service.

This restaurant was buzzing on a Friday night and so we were delighted when the waiter could squeeze us (a party of 5) in without a reservation. The service was attentive (but not too much so) and the waiters were quite delightful. The atmosphere was buzzy and the decor was funky, which was great for us and the teenagers in our party. What really let this place down and guaranteed that I won't return is the quality of the food. We all had different dishes and each of the three pasta dishes were bland and quite without any apparent seasoning. The lasagne was not very hot, just about warm. The meat dish ordered was average although the meat was rather on the tough side. The rating I've given this restaurant is average only because of the super service and atmosphere. If the food had been good I would have given this 5 stars but you go to a restaurant to eat after all.
