Contribuisci feedbackIt's three times that I find friends who made a reservation at the hotel. The restaurant is great. And I'm not talking about the top staff.
This restaurant is a great discovery and it has become one of my best places! The location is central in Paris and situated on a small quiet square. The terrace is vast and pleasant so much to share boards or dishes with friends taking a drink as well as for dinners in mind. The menu is varied and the dishes offered are as beautiful as good. The desserts are also delicious and the quality ratio is very correct. As for the service it is always smiling and effective.
This is the second time I go to Edgar's house, the first time was in July 2019 and I have to admit that I don't remember anything but warmth, but it seems to me that the kitchen was quite up to the height since we came back! We were 4 Tuesday night and disappointment... I ordered a cocktail, the London Mule, which I returned because the Ginger Beer didn't have a bubble and the 2nd was no more sparkling. Then we ordered a charcuterie/cheese board in the entrance, OK but no more. In the flat, I took the lamb pins, there were 2 small, not very tender and with 3 spoons of accompaniment, all for 25€... Finally, we shared two desserts including the fruit plate that really has the poorest presentation I've seen for a long time... some fruit cut and arranged around 2 ice balls, 4-5 caramelized cashew nuts and here. I forgot to do the photo, but when we see the plate coming, we all had the same reaction: well, we're not going to choke with it. In the end, we had €230 (or €57.50€/p what seems to me to be a rather salty price for a disappointing quality. Too bad because the staff is of good will (there is just a new one that will probably not stay long after having overturned the whole of a beer on the legs of a customer and that looks like having 2 of tension, the terrace and the location are top... If we go back there a third time, we hope to get a better impression! We believe it!
During a dinner a few days ago in this pleasant place located on a small quiet place, we were very well served, in a safe and fast way, by the Djalil server. The kitchen was simple and good.
A very good time between colleagues in this institution. The service is fast and efficient and excellent cuisine.
