Extraordinary dinner, tuna, brioche powder, gray shrimp juice... Champagne, the choice of wines... and the welcome.
In my opinion, French cuisine is hit or miss; and for the last six months, has been a miss almost every time.
We were recommended to dine at L'agrume while in Paris and were we pleasantly surprised.
I had the pleasure of being invited to the inn on the 15th; At first it's surprising, but if we adhere to the principle of discovery, we leave with eyes moist with happiness., Each bite of the 7 dishes presented is a journey through the different tastes offered. A dish alone offers a multitude of different tastes, each stroke of the fork transports you, exploding your taste buds; The kindness of the waiter with the explanation of each plate was a real joy full of skill. Trust them, you won't regret it. A thousand THANKS to this great team.JP
