I don't remember if I've already written a review for schum, so I do it now.

I was staying at the hotel in front of me, with business bets. The hotel I was staying on the other side of the street was as tired as I was.

French plates of the day solid, properly plated, well seasoned, without the stifling atmosphere or the shock of the stickers.
