We returned to the Ashby Inn where we spent our wedding night 30 years ago. It is just as wonderful. Amazing facilities, great food, and a more beautiful setting just doesn't exist. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We just left this beautiful place. The warmth, the caring, and the details the staff provided were extra ordinary. The room was cozy and very clean. The food was very delicious and well presented. We will be back soon. Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet

We enjoyed an early dinner here at the restaurant. The wine list is one of the best I’ve seen in the Metro area. Our server was pleasant and professional with excellent knowledge of food and wine. The terrace was situated beautifully overlooking the garden and mountainside. The food was superb and presentation spectacular. I highly recommend the restaurant for a special occasion or just for a respite in a rural setting. Thank you to everyone on the staff who made our visit enjoyable.

Excellent date night. For us a once a year date night type of place. Highly recommend the tasting menu, then just sit back and enjoy.
