Escala Provisions Co. - Park City

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant for breakfast. Despite there being only two other tables occupied, the service was lacking and somewhat creepy. The breakfast plate was simply placed on the table with no effort to make it presentable. The atmosphere was bland and uninviting. The omelet was decent, but the hash browns were clearly pre-made and overly fried. Overall, we were unimpressed and do not plan on returning.

Wow! This hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations. If you find yourself in the canyons, it is definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is still and the service was excellent during my multiple visits. The chef is impressive, with the best piece of meat I've ever had - crispy skin and delicious crickets on the side. The squash risotto was unique and delicious. The bison chili was a standout dish - light, fresh, and flavorful. The creative cocktails were a nice touch. I hope this restaurant gets more recognition and business soon.

Oh, my. This restaurant was one of the worst I've been to. The pizza was soggy and the lachspatty was half-boiled. I would suggest saving your money and time by dining elsewhere, as there are much better options in the area.

Our waiter was great. he took care of our happiness. but eating was bad, only a few things from a whole baptized dinge were good.

This place definitely deserves more than 3.5 star average. I highly recommended breakfast there if you are staying at Hyatt Centric. Service was good. Waiters are friendly and helpful. Ambiance is superb. Omelettes were delicious. Tasty with right consistency. Potato side was also cooked really well. My hubby loved his huevos rancheros. He said the meat was juicy,tender and flavorful. I would not recommend buffet given very limited selection.
