Powder – Waldorf Astoria Park City Utah

Want to give a shout out to the best ski instructor we have ever know: Barb Paley (Canyons Resort Ski School).

Do NOT buy at Westgate Resorts I have never been happy, I am treated poorly and lied to every time I have to deal with them.

Judging by its first glance valueThe Canyons resort of Park City is probably where the posh and priviledged come to play.

My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit.

Food was great but disappointed that we weren't seated outside as we had made the reservation days ahead and phoned the morning of to request this.
