Arby's - Parkersburg

Went thru the drive thru, and they were very fast with my food. The order was complete and the staff was friendly. Very good food at a lower price

Our food was cold and the rolls were hard, that was my first time eating here and thinking they can make better

The beef and cheddar was slopped together and there wasn't nearly the beef that used to be on it. The gyro was so dry you couldn't chew it. Looked like it had dried ends and pieces. I won't be back at South Parkersburg for a while. Thanks for lousy food

The guy in the drive through window was rude, angry, and inconsiderate. I wasn’t greeted or thanked for coming to their restaurant. He was yelling at another employee when I drove up and he continued to yell at this person after shutting the drive through window. The food was TERRIBLE! The sandwich was cold. We didn’t even get enough straws for our drinks. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. Zero stars should be an option for this type of experience.

Ordered a side salad asked for bacon to be added on it no tomatoes because I'm allergic to em and extra cheese got it home..went to eat it..I couldnt..lettuce was old slimy and brown no bacon no xtra cheese and tomatoes on it which cldve killed me!!! I'll nvr go back!!!! Looks at pic this could've killed me an poisoned me
