Mother Earth Foods - Parkersburg

I appreciate that they offer non-dairy and vegan meat alternatives. You can find vegan cheese, ice cream, meat, and many other options. They also have a variety of self-service dishes, including spicy options and coffee. Additionally, they provide made-to-go food, although most of it is not vegan. They do have a vegetarian breakfast package featuring Impossible meat, so be sure to check that out. This review has been updated from my previous one on April 18, 2022.

I had been eager to try veganism for about a year, but in this small town, it's challenging to find dairy-free products and vegan-friendly places. I wouldn't have been able to do it without some preparation. Now, I've been strictly vegan for almost a month, and I'm thrilled to say they have everything I need to create delicious vegan meals at home!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, and I loved the selection, which is hard to find in this part of West Virginia. Mother Earth has all the essentials you could need, with a strong focus on wellness and quality. My only hope is that more people start shopping there, so they can lower prices and offer even fresher products. Thank you!
