Evita. Tempi biblici. Il parmigiano di 24 mesi ha avuto il tempo di diventare 30 mesi. Il peso degli affittuari molto meno del mio umore dopo pranzo con le suore.

Servizio molto lento (troppo, anche considerando che il posto era pieno) e porzioni, soprattutto degli antipasti, davvero troppo piccolo per il costo. Le fette di formaggio erano così sottili che era difficile assaggiarle. I tortelli di zucca, tuttavia, sono buoni. Considerando il servizio e il valore per i soldi non tornerei indietro. Excellent and made you feel like family. The owner, one of the chefs and many other employees helped us. We started with local wines, then cheese and meat plates, homemade pasta, and finished with a local dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty. When they brought out the cheese and meat trays, they explained all the items. They served bread with fabulous olive oil. I had 3 pumpkin and 3 traditional tortellini, liked both, and appreciated their flexibility to allow me to try both dishes. The dessert was surprisingly one of my favorite things. Vegetarian options: Both pastas have no meat.

Easter Sunday, lunch time, the restaurant is full and I haven't booked. I go in and ask for availability for just one person, I am told that there is no room. Behind me, a young man, also without a reservation and with 4 people to accommodate: he hears the negative response given to me and starts to leave, but is stopped by the owner: there is room for him, there are 4 of them... Dear restaurateur, on a day with a full house and excellent takings, you earned 3 covers, leaving the undersigned without the Easter lunch, which I had in a bar. Publicly, I would like to inform you that, should I return to Parma, perhaps with a group of 7-8 people, I will book the table well in advance, but I will remember your kind gesture and will certainly return to other catering establishments.
