Kfc - Pasadena

I am disappointed to say that this KFC location is the worst I have ever been to. There is no clear entrance, leading to confusion for customers trying to enter the restaurant. The lack of signage outside also causes all walk-up customers to be stuck in the drive-thru line. I waited 15 minutes just to order a meal, while the person in front of me had been waiting for 10 minutes before I arrived. There was only one staff member working behind the counter, making the wait even longer. This location should consider closing down, as it is a disheartening experience for customers. I suggest going to another KFC location if you are craving their food, as it will be worth the drive.

I recently dined at Vegan Huh and it was absolutely delicious, very filling, and fantastic! The only downside is that they don't offer a vegan sauce yet. However, the ketchup is vegan and natural, so they can use that as a dipping option. I personally enjoyed the veg nugs without any sauce because they were flavorful on their own. The restaurant has a quirky setup where the drive-thru has now been converted to a walk-thru. Customers park in the back and then walk to the side window to place their order. It was a unique experience, but the staff were friendly and engaging, making our wait for lunch enjoyable.

This place seems always short or out of stock on objects and once we had to wait 25 minutes to get our order. employees are very lazy and always look unhappy. BAD experience..... they go to a kfc where they are professional and have their act together. very poor service. English broken so it is hard to understand by the loudspeaker....always out of the greed. dirty inside and outside. can only imagine what is lurking in the kitchen. decent lacquer job does not change that kfc should switch off this location. what a embarrassment for the necklace....but I guess it's good enough for east pssadena.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. Husband went to get food, he found a 12 inch piece of hair in his fries and my chicken sandwich was disturbingly under cooked. I feel sick to my stomach. This isn't the first time we experienced this either from this location. I called them 15 times and no one wanted to answer the phone or reform my calls. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great Fresh Chicken in the Drive thru. Excelent service. Always a napkin in the bag with out having to beg for napkins and utensil for a to go order. Aswell as very efficient
