Mcdonald's - Pasadena

This McDonald's needs too work on customer service and geting food right and train their employee too get the food right

Never stepping foot in this place again. They got my order wrong (of course) and gave me something I did not like. I called since it was now after breakfast hours to see if I could get the sandwich I ordered. After a while of talking she said all I had to do was come and say my name and the sandwich would be ready. When I get there, she's asking where's the other sandwich at. When we spoke she never said I needed it though I said I could bring it, and she even admitted she never said when she told me what to do to bring the sandwich. She's going back and forth with me now and I don't understand it. Terrible establishment, terrible employees.

They're decent and polite, but check your bag before you drive away. This doesn't look anything like the blueberry muffin on my receipt.

Super fast drive-thru experience. Employees were friendly and the order was correct and ready in about a minute.

Best McDonald's in the area, we have 5. I will always go a little out of the way for this one. I've never had a mistake on my order here, the others are hit and miss. Sun Valley by Jumpers Hole is the worst of all of them. If you order from the app, there are a lot of discounts. Getting through the drive thru is much faster, and you can give your food a complete customization. I love adding bacon and tomato to both the filet-o-fish, and my Big Mac.
