Despite the challenges brought by COVID, I've noticed a decline in service quality at many establishments, but not at Carrabba's. My family and I, along with other guests, were thoroughly impressed with the service. Managers Marie and Danny were outstanding. Marie greeted us warmly at the door, which helped us get seated quickly, and she was visibly involved in supporting her staff, showcasing perfect teamwork. I was particularly impressed by their excellent management skills. Marie even took the time to stop by our table to help bus tables and serve food, all while welcoming guests. She made a lovely gesture by presenting my mother with a birthday card, which made the occasion even more special. The entire management team and staff are truly amazing! Kudos to Marie and Danny. Thank you!

My husband and I visit this restaurant at least once a week, and the food and staff consistently impress us! Last week, when we needed to choose a place to eat after a family funeral, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to the manager, Marie. She was delighted to help us with the arrangements on short notice. Marie quickly crafted a plan and executed it flawlessly. She and her team ensured every detail was perfect! From drinks and appetizers to entrees and desserts, everything was absolutely delicious! We couldn't have asked for anything better! A huge thank you to Marie and her incredible staff for making such a meaningful day so special. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful!

We had a lovely dinner when suddenly my husband started to feel dizzy. I quickly took him to the car, leaving several gift cards we had on the table. When I returned to settle the bill, the manager and the waitress were at the door with our uneaten food in a bag. They kindly told me not to worry about the balance and to just take care of my husband. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful of them. I hope we can return soon!

Organized on 3.19.22 a bridal shower lunch, manager Kaitlyn was a life safer when they help me quickly book the room, set up an excellent menu and their exceptional team gave us the best service. Being the bride, visiting and I couldn't say enough about the great food and service. Thanks to Kaitlyn and team. You have made our experience really wonderful.

I totally forgot to write this review. I have been to this location twice. The food is absolutely delicious! True, made in restaurant Italian, quality food. The service I had was phenomenal a handsome well represented gentlemen guided our evening and had wonderful suggestions and very informative. We had the calamari, (ricardo) style and off menu delicious item which should never have been removed. Followed by a cup of the Sicilian chicken noodle and a Caesar salad. Absolutely scrumptious, fresh crisp lettuce, the perfect amount of dressing. Homemade croutons. Dinner, the chicken trio and the pasta weezie! Dessert the cannoli cake! Absolutely loved everything and the proprietor is a true respectable member of the community! Has been with the company for a long time! Is all about customer satisfaction and quality product! If you are gonna support a local restaurant come support this one! They are not corporate local members of our community own them.
