There are a few vegan options available. The veggie torta without cheese is vegan and surprisingly flavorful. The staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

They offer two main options (perhaps three if you request the nachos). You can choose between an eggplant panini and tacos, both of which can be made vegan by simply asking for no cheese and no mayo. The staff clearly understands what vegan means. Everything is fresh and the food was very enjoyable.

The menu didn’t have many options, but it was just enough for us while we waited for our flight. I didn't try the tacos, but the torta (a type of sandwich) was really delicious! It was packed with flavor and came with cheese and/or mayo. I requested to leave those out and make it vegan, and it turned out great!

You have two options (or possibly three if you ask). There's an eggplant panini and tacos that can be made vegan—just request them without cheese and mayo. The person who prepared ours understood what vegan means. Everything is fresh and quite enjoyable.
